Crissy Hebert, MSF

Crissy joined Haven Wealth in 2010. She assists with financial analysis, equity research, trading fixed-income and equity securities and accounting. Crissy specializes in research on small cap biotechnology companies pursuing clinical development and commercialization of pharmaceuticals to treat patients with unmet medical needs. Previous to this position, she utilized her education in Psychology and Social Work as a Medical Social Worker for Methodist Hospital for three years. She also spent four years in the petrochemical industry in accounting.

At the C. T. Bauer College of Business, Crissy completed a vigorous application and interview process and was chosen as one of only eighteen students to manage the Cougar Investment Fund, a nine million dollar equity portfolio. In this role, she identified new investment opportunities, monitored the performance of existing positions held by the fund and ensured compliance with the Fund’s investment restrictions. Lastly, she used her expertise to value companies and make buy/sell recommendations to an investment committee.

Major Accomplishments:

Crissy earned a Masters of Finance at the University of Houston, C. T. Bauer College of Business as well as a Graduate Certificate in Financial Services Management . She also earned a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Art degree from the University of Texas, where she majored in Psychology. She earned her Series 65 designation in 2016. Passed 2018 December CFA Level I Exam.
